Côté Rêve

Côté Rêve is a beautiful light-filled oceanfront duplex with a gorgeous sea view.

It is located in the heart of Orient Bay, on the 2nd + last floor of the Caribbean style small building. Côté Rêve is perfect for a couple but it can also accommodate 2 more people in the living room in the sofa bed.

At Côté Rêve you are both beachfront and 3 minuteswalk from « la Place du Village » – the Village square. Every morning, if you feel like it, you can walk to get your baguette and chocolate croissant at the French bakery and enjoy your breakfast on your pretty terrace facing the sea …

Côté Rêve is a beautiful and very spacious duplex of 70 m2.

It is located on the 2nd + last floor of a small beachfront Caribbean style building in a beautiful residence with a pool surrounded by a pretty tropical garden.

It has a gorgeous sea view.

Côté Rêve is on two levels.
The day area is on the 2nd floor, with its fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and a dryer, and all you need for cooking; the living room is very spacious, the sofa allows extra sleeping for 2 people. You have a Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube access and over 40 US channels. A workspace has been set up for those who have to work, with a desk and high-speed Wi-Fi.
The living room opens onto the covered terrace. Two sofas invite you to laze, read, enjoy home-made Rhums arrangés by being comfortably installed and there is also a high table/bar where you can have your meals while looking at the sea.

Upstairs you’ll find a large bedroom overlooking the sea and the charming Caribbean roofs of all colors.
The bedroom is decorated in soft tones so that you can feel in a pretty soothing cocoon. It has large closets and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, 2 sinks and toilet. For more convenience there is a separate restroom on the lower level.

The pool is at the foot of the residence in the heart of the beautiful tropical garden. To reach the beach you will cross the garden along the path lined with palm trees. A private gate will give you direct access to the beach.
The Place of the Village with its small supermarket, French bakery, boutiques and restaurants is 3 minutes walk.

Low season (May 1st to December 19th 2024) – 1,260€/week
Peak season (December 20th 2024 to January 5th, 2025) – 2,058 €/week
High season (January 6th 2025 to April 30th, 2025) : 1,981 €/week

Add the 4% local tax and the 90€ departure cleaning fee

Cancellation policy

Cancellation 45 days or more before arrival day : 30% of the total amount will be due
Cancellation 45 to 31 days before arrival day : 50% of the total amount will be due
Cancellation within 30 days before arrival day : totality of the rental amount is due
Christmas/NYE : bookings are not refundable and the totality of the rental amount is due

Our cancellation policy is very strict and not flexible.
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance so that you can be reimbursed by your insurer for any loss in the event of an unforeseen circumstances which may result if you have to cancel your stay.
