With its exceptional ocean view and ideal beachfront location, Côté Chic with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is a perfect home for 2 couples or a small family.

It can also be rented as a 1-bedroom version if it better suits your needs.

At Côté Chic you will enjoy the sunrise performance in the morning and you will fall asleep at the sound of waves in the evening…

Côté Chic is a beach house with an amazing ocean view.

It has 2 levels and can accommodate up to 5 people.

The sleeping area is on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom is spacious and equipped with a king size bed, large closets, a pretty vanity. The en-suite bathroom has a large shower and 2 sinks. The toilets are separated and for more comfort one additional restroom is available on the lower floor.

The special charm of the master bedroom is its large terrace with its great ocean view. From the terrace you will discover our 3 small islands: Green Cay, Tintamarre and Pinel. You’ll enjoy to seat there and read, take your breakfast or even check your email facing a landscape of dream.
The pink room is slightly smaller, it is equipped with a king size bed and a small sofa full of pretty cushions that can be used as a one-place bed for a 5th person. A baby crib can also be available if you are travelling with a baby. There is an en-suite bathroom with the sink and a large shower.

On the first floor there is the day area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, as well as a large fridge that makes ice. You have everything you need for cooking, nice dishes and glasses to taste your favorite wines or a glass of champagne.

The living room is a definitely friendly space with its 2 face-to-face sofas, ideal for great discussion with fiends and parties to remake the world!
If you need to work, a cute desk is at your disposal with a broadband Wi-Fi.
If you prefer to watch TV, you can lie on the sofa and choose one of 40 US channels on your Smart TV or a movie or series on Netflix.

The large slizzing windows in the living room give you access to the outdoor area. A large terrace allows you to live outside.
On the covered part of the terrace there is a dining area and a sitting area with a soft sofa and one more sitting area is on the open space. You even have a small garden where you can sit and sunbathe.
The pool is in front of you and in 2 minutes you access directly to the beach by a small private gate crossing the pretty tropical garden.

Low season (May 1st to December 19th 2024) – 1,855€/week
Peak season (December 20th 2024 to January 5th, 2025) – 2,576€/week
High season (January 6th 2025 to April 30th, 2025) – 3,080€/week

Add the 4% local tax and the 120€ departure cleaning fee

1 bedroom option – 2 guests max

Low season (May 1st to December 19th 2024) – 1,540€/week
Peak season (December 20th 2024 to January 5th, 2025) – 2,695€/week
High season (January 6th 2025 to April 30th, 2025) – 2,296€/week

Note: in the 1 bedroom option, you will have the exclusive access to the whole house, the second bedroom will be locked.

Add the 4% local tax and the 110€ departure cleaning fee

Cancellation policy

Cancellation 45 days or more before arrival day : 30% of the total amount will be due
Cancellation 45 to 31 days before arrival day : 50% of the total amount will be due
Cancellation within 30 days before arrival day : totality of the rental amount is due
Christmas/NYE : bookings are not refundable and the totality of the rental amount is due

Our cancellation policy is very strict and not flexible.
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance so that you can be reimbursed by your insurer for any loss in the event of an unforeseen circumstances which may result if you have to cancel your stay.
