Côté Mer

With a nicely furnished terrace and a nice patio, Côté Mer is a beautiful one-bedroom ocean front apartment located on the 1st floor.

Romantic, chic and spacious – it is ideal for a couple. The beach is 20 meters away, you can get there by a small private passage; the pool is nearby; the Place of the Village with its delicious restaurants, small supermarket, French bakery and boutiques is 3 minutes walk.

Côté Mer is a very beautiful ocean front apartment of 70 m2, facing the sea.

It is on the 1st floor, which means that you don’t need to climb any stairs.

Decorated in a chic seaside style, Côté Mer will delight you with its luminosity, its soothing atmosphere and space.

Romantic and comfortable, the room is equipped with a King size bed and has large closets; the light is soft, perfect to let your mind wander. The en-suite bathroom has 2 sinks and a huge shower.

Côté Mer’s kitchen is fully equipped, you have everything you need for cooking, a large fridge / freezer, a washer and a dryer, plenty of drawers and a dining table – bar style- to have your meals.

The living room of Côté Mer is spacious, there are two sofas facing each other, small coffee tables, a minibar, a Smart TV with 40 US channels and Netflix, and a high speed Wi-Fi connection.

Two large slizzing windows give you access to the outdoor area, consisting of a covered terrace and a nice patio. In the shade of the terrace you can have your breakfast in the dining area, sitting in comfortable armchairs or laze on the sofa; in the patio you will enjoy lying in the sun on the beach chairs or let you rock, hidden in the hanging chair!

The beach is in front of you, you will get there by a small private gate, the pool is steps from your vacation home and the Place du Village is 3 minutes walk.

Low season (May 1st to December 19th 2024) – 1,260€/week
Peak season (December 20th 2024 to January 5th, 2025) – 2,058 €/week
High season (January 6th 2025 to April 30th, 2025) : 1,981 €/week

Add the 4% local tax and the 90€ departure cleaning fee

Cancellation policy

Cancellation 45 days or more before arrival day : 30% of the total amount will be due
Cancellation 45 to 31 days before arrival day : 50% of the total amount will be due
Cancellation within 30 days before arrival day : totality of the rental amount is due
Christmas/NYE : bookings are not refundable and the totality of the rental amount is due

Our cancellation policy is very strict and not flexible.
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance so that you can be reimbursed by your insurer for any loss in the event of an unforeseen circumstances which may result if you have to cancel your stay.
