Great condo, great location

“My wife and I went there for a week of just relaxing and beach time, this was a fantastic condo in a great location. Right in the middle of Orient beach, couple minutes walk to Orient Village and all of the great restaurants and shops. Throughout the whole rental process and stay Moune and Dominique were extremely responsive to questions and requests, could not have been more helpful. Would definitely go out of my way to stay at this place again, and recommend it highly!”

Great Experience at Côté Mer!

“My husband and I spent 10 wonderful days at Côté Mer in Orient Village, St Martin. The property was very convenient to the wonderful restaurants in the village and the most beautiful beaches in St Martin. The apartment is newly renovated and very neat and tidy! Great outdoor patio and beautiful indoor decor! We are missing the beautiful weather and lovely accommodations! We can’t wait to return!”

“It couldn’t be more perfectly situated to the beach, which is practically in your back yard. Moune, the owner, is very pleasant and helpful and provided informative hints about the island!! The apartment is gorgeous, super convenient and within walking distance of great restaurants, a scrumptious bakery, grocery store and your choice of idyllic beaches. Amazing isn’t the word for this. We cannot wait to go back

“Moune & Dominique were absolutely wonderful hosts for our one week vacation! We cannot wait to go back. The apartment was exactly as advertised…extremely clean, beautiful and conveniently located. We were able to cook in the kitchen or just steps to many restaurants, or quick cab ride to Grand Case. The beaches are just steps away from the apartment…But, we never felt it was loud or too close. It still seemed very private. We can’t say enough how much we appreciate the hospitality of Moune & Dominique and we highly recommend it.”

My wife and I loved this condo

“Côté Mer was the perfect place for our week-long vacation to Saint Martin in November 2015. The door to the condo is indeed just steps from Orient Beach, in an area filled with every amenity you could need, with a variety of restaurants, shops, beach bars, small grocery store and a breakfast spot all within a short walk. Moune’s condo was even finer than the pictures show. With the sliding glass doors and the shutters, the rooms can be made as bright or as dark as you like, and either open to the outside air or quickly cooled by air conditioning units that can be set separately for each room. The kitchen was convenient and well stocked with dishes, pans, pots and utensils, so we could make our own meals when we wanted. The dishwasher was spotless and easy to use. It was also a great convenience to have a washer to refresh our clothes, and that made traveling easier by packing less clothing. The wireless internet at this condo was more reliable and faster than I have experienced in many hotels in the U.S. Moune is delightful. She was very knowledgeable and informative, showing us how things in the condo work and telling us about shops in the area, the best restaurants, and other beautiful beaches on the island. Moune was also very responsive and has an excellent command of English. At this condo, you might not need a car, but if you do, I recommend you rent through Moune’s husband Dominique, since he’ll pick you up at the airport, have the car ready for you at the condo, and then take you back to the airport at the end of your stay. For our next trip to Saint Martin, we will definitely want to stay at Côté Mer or one of Moune’s other properties!”
