Beautiful condo and perfect location!!

“Cote Reve is amazing!! Moune and Dominique are the most gracious hosts! The location of the condo was perfect! You are beachfront and the view is spectacular!! It is less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler bag and an umbrella were provided to you. The thoughtfulness and small touches that are included with the condo are second to none. I highly recommend renting this condo for your next vacation! You will not be disappointed!!”

“Just came back from a stay at Côté Rêve. Moune and Dominique are the best hosts. They really want your vacation to be the best. They were very understanding for us and helped manage a difficult situation. Incredibly responsive – we could not have asked for more. The unit itself is also great. 2 baths, well appointed, Moune even has a beach bag and cooler available. We’ve already arranged for next season. That’s how impressed we were. And, you can rent a car from Dominique as well and get picked up and dropped off at the airport. This is very convenient for St. Martin! Merci Moune and Dominique! See you next year.”

Great one bedroom Condo on the beach

“We stayed at Moune ‘s Cote Rev and it was a great place to spend two weeks or even a month. The condo had all you needed refrigerator, dishwasher, clothes washer, coffee maker and Espresso machine. Outside a balcony overlooking the ocean on Orient beach. We had beach chairs and towels. We had complimentary infused rum on our balcony that Moune and Dominique make. Yum. I would highly recommend Cote Rev and any other rentals that Moune oversees, but don’t book this place in February because we already have it reserved for 2020!”

Moune and Dominique are the perfect hosts

“So Chic is a two level beach house, open floor plan all tile, full kitchen, very modern bathroom (plus a 1/2 bath on the main floor. The porch is overlooking the beach and nicely decked out with sofas and a bar for that espresso in the morning. Brand new TV and 5 G wifi, you can stay connected if you must. Moune and Dominique are the perfect hosts, the fridge was well stocked upon arrival and plenty of Nespresso packs. The place has an abundance of Rhum tucked away in every corner. Single king upstairs and a fold -out couch downstairs, four could comfortably stay here. Orient Bay is still recovering from Irma, but the area is definitely open for business and improving by the day. The owners have a great relationship with Bikini Beach and we had a complementary chair/umbrella for the entire stay. Dominique can arrange for a rental car, but its not absolutely necessary, there is everything you would need within walking distance. This is a great accommodation for a beach get-away, and we are already planning a return.”

Comfortable chic and perfect location

“The apartment was very clean, fully equipped with lots of extras. It matched the photos online perfectly. Mourne, our host, was a delight and very helpful, with advice on the area, things to do and lived very locally for any assistance needed. Dominique, her husband, arranged a good value car rental for us which was delivered to the apartment. The car fitted our needs and was in very good condition. He was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is fully equipped, extremely comfortable and stylish. The bed and lounge were both very comfortable and the patio is spacious with loads of furniture. The kitchen has everything you need including all modern conveniences. The stunning Orient Bay Beach is less than a 2 minute walk. The village restaurants are a 3 minute walk giving you a good variety of quality food. Mourne can arrange a deal for the beach chairs and lunch on Orient Bay. One word if warning is that there are no ATMs in Orient Bay so bring lots of cash and live by credit card. We would highly recommend this apartment for anybody except those with a mobility problem as it is on 2 levels.”

We were picked up on time and it was easy to find them

“While driving back to the condo, Moune was great, asked us about how many times we’ve been to the island and let us know about some other places to go. The unit is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the beach. There is a kitchen, nice living room, great balcony and all-and-all everything was as we had expected. We would absolutely go back and stay here, again.”
